Sintons LLP wish to invite any Managing Trustee who would find it useful to understand more about the legal and practical aspects of a Manse sale, including the many pitfalls which may be experienced and how to avoid them. Please note that the event is free of charge and held in the early evening to facilitate attendance.

Laura Peace, Partner and head of the dedicated Methodist Church Team at Sintons, will host the Zoom along with her team members, solicitors Joanne Russell and Sarah Holmes. The aim of the session is to guide Managing Trustees through the practical considerations and steps together with the legal requirements at each stage of a Manse sale transaction. Sinton’s will highlight the do’s and underline the don’ts! They will give many valuable practical tips and share some stories from their thirty plus years of acting for the Methodist Church. They will also discuss the current national experience of their dedicated Methodist Church Team.
