This Sales Questionnaire (Questionnaire) has been prepared for Managing Trustees who are following the streamlining process for sales (Process).
The Questionnaire should be completed when the sale reaches Stage 3 of the Process (Offer Accepted). TMCP will prompt you to download the Questionnaire when we receive the best price and adequate marketing certificate from your qualified surveyor i.e. once a buyer is found and you are ready to instruct your Panel Firm to start Stage 4 of the Process (Conveyancing).

The Questionnaire which you can download in Word below, sets out the documents and information about the transaction that your Panel Firm will need when you instruct them to start the conveyancing stage of the Process. The Questionnaire also confirms the status of some of the specific Methodist and charity law requirements which you will be able to complete, with TMCP’s help, before the Panel Firm is instructed.

Complete questions 1 to 10 inclusive and before your Check-In Two appointment, email the partially completed Questionnaire to firstname.lastname@example.org together with the documents referred to. We will go through the Questionnaire and help you to complete questions 11 to 15 at Check-In -Two.
