With Martyn’s Law due to come into force in Spring 2027 and increasing scrutiny from regulators, [Blake Morgan] will also discuss what steps trustees and charity leaders can take now to ensure their organisations are equipped to manage evolving responsibilities and emerging risks. 

During the webinar, Beth will explore the impact of Martyn’s Law, including which charities may be affected and the practical steps organisations can take to prepare for the new requirements.
