Trustees for Methodist Church Purposes
IMPORTANT NOTICE:-
Over the next few weeks TMCP will be making some major changes to our IT systems and software with the introduction of a Matter Management System. As we implement the improvements there may be some slight delays in our response time, but in due course the system will greatly enhance the efficiency of the service we provide to Managing Trustees and their professional advisers.
We will be training staff on the new system on 2nd and 3rd October so the Teams will not be available on these days to answer calls or respond urgently. If you have a transaction or query that requires urgent attention please let us know this week so we can help you manage expectations with any third parties. Thank you for bearing with us as we make these important changes.
The principal function of the Board, incorporated by the Methodist Church Act 1939, is to act as custodian trustee of all property held on Model Trusts of the Methodist Church Act 1976.
The mission of TMCP is to support and strengthen the Methodist Church, both by providing practical support to Managing Trustees and by working closely and effectively with our colleagues in the Methodist Connexional Team.
