One of the firms on the Panel of Solicitors, Capsticks, has agreed to kindly host a series of afternoon session seminars for Managing Trustees to attend on the topic “Methodist Property Projects: Getting off on the right foot”.
The advert for the event can be downloaded here and details what aspects of property transactions will be addressed during the event. The aim of the sessions is to provide advice and guidance to Managing Trustees who are involved with or may be embarking on new property projects. The sessions will also allow Managing Trustees to see where support is available from TMCP, the Connexional Team and the panel of solicitors and surveyors.
If you or anyone involved in property projects would like to attend one of the sessions then please see the invitation which provides a link to the RSVP. Please note that the events will be held at Capsticks offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Winchester and London and any questions regarding the events should be raised with Helen Tapia in the first instance. You can also contact TMCP if you have any questions about what will be discussed on the day and how it may benefit Managing Trustees.
The sessions will be allocated on a first come first served basis and early booking is recommended.
I hope that you or your Managing Trustees take the opportunity to attend one of the events. I would also ask you to disseminate the information to anyone else in Local Churches or Circuits who you may feel would benefit from attending the sessions.
