TMCP are pleased to draw the Managing Trustees’ attention to a complimentary zoom session entitled ‘Legal Clinic for Managing Trustees’ hosted by Sintons LLP, one of our panel solicitors, on Thursday 3rd June 2021.
All Managing Trustees are welcome and are invited to send any questions that they may have about their legal role as trustees to Sintons in advance, for discussion at the clinic. It is not necessary to raise a question to attend.
Please be aware a member of the TMCP team will attend the event in an advisory capacity should any questions arise but otherwise the event will be led by the Legal Advisors at Sintons.
Please note that the event is free of charge and will be held early in the evening to facilitate attendance.
Managing Trustees are encouraged to join the session when Laura Peace, Partner and head of the dedicated Methodist Church legal team at Sintons LLP will host the zoom along with her team members, solicitors Joanne Russell and Sarah Holmes.
Sintons LLP advise us that the aim of the session is to discuss any questions or queries that Managing Trustees have about the legal aspects of their role and to share the current national experience that they have of those issues within their team.
Sintons have over 30 years of acting for Methodist Church Managing Trustees nationally and have come across many common and other less common issues on a regular basis.
