Due to an ongoing technical issue with the Consents Website, TMCP are currently not receiving consent notifications in the usual way.

At this time we would ask that Managing Trustees notify TMCP via email regarding any new projects, project amendments or confirmation of District consent. We can then ensure that we are able to provide guidance and assistance to the Managing Trustees in the usual way. Please also continue to update the Consents Website during this time as project record will still need to be updated.

Managing Trustees will also need to notify us directly if they have uploaded a Qualified Surveyor’s Report to the Consents Website or, as we usually ask, send it to us directly because we are currently not being notified of the same.

The Web Support Team in London are in the process of fixing the issue and we will notify you once this issue has been resolved. In the interim, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

In the meantime we would be grateful if you could disseminate this information to your fellow Managing Trustees responsible for property transactions so they are aware of the current situation.
