We are pleased to advise that TMCP have now implemented a new telephone system which will enhance the way Managing Trustees and their professional advisers can contact our team.
Our new system is cloud-based and takes advantage of the capabilities of Microsoft 365 to enable our staff to take calls whether working at home, in the office or when out at other meetings. It also keeps a record of call logs for each individual and enables automated forwarding to a voicemail or another team member should a member of staff not be available.
Those of you who are in correspondence with a team member on a particular matter should find their direct dial (DDI) number in their email signature if you need to speak to them. If they are not available, you will get the option of either leaving a voicemail message or being transferred to another team member who can assist or take a message.
If you do not have a specific DDI number for the team member dealing with an ongoing matter, you can call our switchboard number (0161 235 6770) which will give you options for which team you need to speak to for legal matters, finance matters or general enquiries.
We hope that you will find the new system helpful in communicating with us. For more complex enquiries, it is helpful if these can be put in an email to either legal or finance @tmcp.org.uk so that your query can be allocated to the appropriate person and given consideration before we respond.
