To all users of the Trust Information System
This message is to advise you that we anticipate, as in line with previous years, having the year-end trust statements available on the Trust Information System between the 10th and 15th September 2025. TMCP aims to make annual statements available as soon as possible after the year end as we can. However our timeline is wholly dependent on the speed this information comes through to us from external sources, one of whom are the Central Finance Board (CFB).
We are aware that CFB are currently experiencing some issues beyond their control and the information they provide is key to the year end.
We will remain on standby to monitor the situation and a further email will be sent to all users in due course to confirm when the statements are available for downloading and printing. Statements can be printed off via the 'Reports' tab in the TIS.
Once received, can we ask you to check the statements and notify us of any discrepancies no later than Monday 22nd September 2025 (but preferably before) as we cannot change details after we have completed the year-end closedown.
Further things to note
- Circuit users may wish to add local church treasurers as users on the TIS if you have not done so already. This will enable them to access and print off their trust statements directly. This can be done via the 'User Access' tab for each individual church -- further guidance if you need it can be found in the help section. If you have received this email and you no longer require access to the TIS, you can delete your profile by logging on, clicking on your user name, select 'My Details' then click the 'Delete my User Profile' button.
- We would also remind you that only churches who hold funds with TMCP will be shown on the TIS, so if a church is 'missing' from your circuit on the TIS, it is likely that they have no model trust funds currently held.

Finally on a separate point, for circuit treasurers, please can we also ask you to ensure there are sufficient liquid funds in the Circuit Model Trust Fund to pay the annual levy to the District Advance Fund as required by Standing Order 955. As you know, TMCP simply facilitate this transfer from your funds to the District. If you need to sell investments to pay this levy, please let us have your instructions by email before Monday 22nd September 2025. Scanned documents should be signed by two managing trustees.
