If you are just starting the streamlined lease process => The process includes an initial check-in meeting which will take place as soon as you contact TMCP to let us know that you have decided to let the whole or part of your property. (Guidance on when to contact us and who to involve before doing so is provided on the Streamlining Page. Please see the “When to contact TMCP” section.) We will talk through the process at our meeting and help you to put together your heads of terms before you start to discuss these with your tenant.
